New to working with a studio?

Here is what most brands want to know before they start.
We keep timelines, revisions and rights clear upfront.
You always know what is included in your quote.
We design for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and D2C — not vague brand campaigns.

Process & workflow

How a project moves from hello to upload.

This is how a typical Golden Arrow project runs — whether you are booking a PDP refresh, a model shoot or a full launch pack.
How does a typical project start?
Send us your product or listing link, the marketplaces you sell on (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, D2C) and what feels off — low clicks, weak conversion, poor ad results, etc. We reply with a rough plan, suggested services and a quote.
At minimum we need: product / listing links, SKUs and variants, target marketplaces, any existing images or brand guidelines, and your rough timeline. For shoots we will also need product units and clarity on colours, sizes and key features to highlight.
For a single-SKU PDP image pack, typical delivery is 5–7 business days from the time we receive the brief and product units. Larger catalogs, model shoots and video sets take longer — we will confirm timelines clearly in your quote.
We include one to two focused feedback rounds within the agreed scope. That is usually enough to tighten copy, visuals and image order without endless back-and-forth.
Yes. Many brands start with a PDP image refresh, then add enhanced panels and video once the listing starts performing. We can map a phased plan around your launch calendar and budgets.
Yes. If you have regular launches or frequent updates, our Monthly Listing Refresh Retainer gives you a fixed slot each month for new SKUs, seasonal refreshes and A/B test variations.

Services & scope

What we do — and what we do not do.

We focus on visuals and creative systems for marketplace and D2C performance, not generic brand campaigns or ad management.
Do you only work on Amazon listings?
No. We design primarily for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho, but almost all visuals can also be formatted for D2C and ads. Our export packs cover the key aspect ratios your team needs.
Yes. We shoot and design listing images, enhanced PDP panels, model & lifestyle shots, and short-form videos (hooks, demos, explainers) so everything feels consistent across your product page and ads.
We handle the short-form copy that appears on images and panels — benefit statements, bullets, comparisons, headlines. For long listings, bullets and A+ text, we can either work with your copy or recommend a partner.
By default we provide final export-ready files in agreed formats and sizes. Raw source files (for example layered PSDs or raw footage) can be shared as an add-on if this is mentioned in the quote.
Yes. For model and lifestyle shoots, we handle casting, basic props and location planning within the agreed budget. If you have specific faces or locations in mind, tell us in advance so we can plan around them.
No. Golden Arrow focuses on visuals and creative systems. If you need ad management or Amazon account management, we can refer you to specialists we trust.

Logistics & shipping

How products reach us and what happens to them.

We work with brands in different locations, so we keep shipping and product handling simple and transparent.
Do we need to ship physical products to you?
For photography and video we do need physical units. For some enhanced panels and design-only work we can sometimes use your existing high-quality assets. Once we see your product, we will confirm what is required.
For simple products, 2–3 units are usually enough. For items with variants (colours, sizes, bundles) or fragile items, we might request more. We will specify this when planning your shoot so there are no surprises.
Once your project is confirmed, we share the studio shipping address and contact person in your onboarding email / WhatsApp, along with any customs or packaging notes if required.
By default we safely store products for a short period in case we need re-shoots or extra angles, and then either return or dispose of them based on your preference and local regulations. For high-value items we recommend return shipping.
Yes. We work with brands that sell in India and international marketplaces. You can ship products to us, or in some cases we can source local units if they are easily available in your market.
Yes. If you require a non-disclosure agreement or specific brand guidelines, share it before we begin. We are used to working with brands under NDA.

Pricing & billing

How we price projects and handle payments.

We keep pricing linked to SKUs, asset types and complexity, with clear advances and payment methods.
How do you price your projects?
Pricing depends mainly on number of SKUs, type of assets (PDP images, enhanced panels, model shoots, video) and complexity (models, props, locations, rush timelines). Once we see your product and requirements, we share a simple, line-item quote.
We have common starting points like PDP Upgrade Packs, Launch Packs and Monthly Retainers, but we almost always adjust them to your catalog size, category and marketplaces.
We accept UPI, bank transfers and major cards via our payment gateway for international clients. Details are always included in your invoice or proposal.
Yes. Most projects start with an advance payment to block studio time and resources, with the balance due on delivery of final files. Very small projects may be billed 100% upfront.
For brands that commit to larger catalogs or retainers, we can discuss pricing that reflects the ongoing volume. Share your approximate SKU count and launch plans when you get in touch.
If you add SKUs, new variants or additional assets (for example an extra video), we share a quick scope update and revised fee before continuing, so there are no surprises at billing time.

Still unsure about something?

Send us a quick WhatsApp with your product link and question. If we can answer it in a line or two, we will. If it needs more context, we may share a short Loom or an example from our portfolio.

Ready to move from questions to a concrete plan?

Share your product link, marketplaces and whether your priority is clicks, conversion or ads. We will respond with a suggested service pack, timeline and quote.
