About the studio

The studio behind the PDPs that make your products feel real.

Golden Arrow is a marketplace visual studio led by Creative Director & Studio Head, Syed Mansoor. We think in SKUs, click-through rates and reviews — then design PDP images, enhanced panels, model shoots and video that support all three.

Syed Mansoor — Creative Lead & Studio Head

Creative lead

Meet the eye behind Golden Arrow.

Syed Mansoor leads the studio. He plans shoots, composes PDP stacks, directs retouching and ensures that every file follows marketplace guidelines while still feeling human and aspirational.
Before Golden Arrow, he worked directly with ecommerce brands — which means he cares about how visuals impact add-to-cart, reviews and repeat orders, not just how they look in a design file.
What Mansoor personally looks for in every project:
  • Is the first image strong enough to win the right click in search?
  • Does each panel answer a clear shopper question without clutter?
  • Will this visual still feel honest after reviews and UGC start coming in?

Origin story

From fixing single listings to running a focused studio.

Golden Arrow began with a simple pattern Mansoor kept seeing inside marketplaces: good products, weak visuals. Instead of redesigning brands from scratch, he started by fixing one or two listings at a time — clearer angles, better compositions, more truthful claims.
As those listings improved, founders began asking, “Can you do this for the rest of our catalogue?” The work naturally evolved into a studio that handles PDP stacks, A+ modules, model shoots and launch packs for entire product lines.

Studio in numbers

Numbers that matter more than "years of experience".

We focus on the metrics that reflect real work done inside marketplaces — SKUs touched, categories handled and launch packs delivered.

Dozens
We refine within agreed revision rounds and deliver marketplace-ready files with clear filenames.

Point of view

How we think about marketplace visuals.

Every decision — from camera angle to background colour to how much text sits on a panel — is filtered through a few simple principles.

Designed for search, not just screenshots.

The first image has one job: win the right click in a crowded search result. We consider how your thumbnail sits beside competitors, not just how it looks in isolation.

Each panel answers one clear question.

Images 2–6 are structured as answers: what it does, who it is for, how to use it, what is inside and why this one vs alternatives. No random collages.

Consistency across PDP, A+ and ads.

Your visuals should feel like one brand, whether the shopper sees you on a deal tile, PDP image, A+ module or video. That consistency is by design, not by accident.

Inside the studio

Where strategy, shoots and screens come together.

We don’t just “edit images” in isolation. We look at the category, competitor listings and reviews, then decide what needs to be shot, designed and explained for your product to feel real.

Workflow

How we work with your brand.

Simple steps, clear expectations. You always know what we are working on, what we need from you and when you will see files.

1. Understand your product & category

You share product links, current listings, competitor examples and reviews. We study the space and decide what the visuals must communicate.

2. Propose a visual stack

We suggest a pack: number of PDP images, A+ modules, model shots, video and any add-ons — with a clear scope, price and timeline.

3. Shoot, design & refine

We handle photography, design and first drafts. You give structured feedback; we refine with a limited number of clear revision rounds.

4. Deliver marketplace-ready files

You receive exports sized for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and your D2C site — with filenames that are easy for your team to manage.

People

Who you will actually work with.

You are not sending your products into a black box. There is a real person reviewing every file before it goes live, supported by a small, specialised team.

Syed Mansoor — Studio lead

Leads strategy, structure and final visual decisions for each project. Brings an operator’s eye from working with actual marketplace brands, not just an agency viewpoint.
“When I look at your listing, I am thinking like a shopper and a seller at the same time: Is this clear enough to buy and strong enough to compete in search?”

Who supports your project

Depending on scope, your project will involve a mix of photography, design and video specialists. You will always have one clear point of contact.

Marketplaces

Built for where your product shows up today — and tomorrow.

Most of our work goes live on Amazon.in, but we plan visuals so they can be reused or adapted for Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and your own D2C site without starting from scratch each time.

What clients say

Why founders keep sending us their next SKU.

Here is how a few founders describe working with Golden Arrow. We keep these short and to the point — just like good PDP panels.
D2C founder, Home & Kitchen
Launch pack client
"They didn’t just make nicer images. They re-structured the whole PDP story so our product felt clear and premium without overpromising."
Beauty brand on Amazon.in
PDP + A+ client
"They understood our category quickly and made panels that answered questions we kept seeing in reviews and support tickets."
Accessories brand
Repeat projects
"Once the first listing clicked, we just kept sending new SKUs. The output is consistent, and they already know our visual system."
